Connect with nature during Saturday morning yoga classes at McGill Park.
Expect slow, flowing movement and breathing practices to build strength and increase flexibility and balance. Walking meditation will be included.
Yoga in the Park is offered through the Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District.
This is for all levels of experience; options will be provided to tailor your practice.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or blanket.
Classes will be led by experienced yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.
